Sew Essential Return Policy?

Sew Essential aims to make the shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If a customer wishes to return any item purchased online, they should notify Sew Essential via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The email should include the invoice / order number and details of the item(s) to be returned.

Upon receiving the email, Sew Essential will provide further instructions for the return. The item(s) should then be returned within 14 days of the email request at the customer's expense. Upon receipt, Sew Essential will refund the value of the returned item(s) plus any standard outgoing delivery charges paid if a complete order is returned. Standard outgoing delivery costs will not be refunded if only part of an order is returned.

It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that all original packaging and labels should be kept, and the item should be undamaged and unused. If the return is due to an error by Sew Essential, the cost of return postage will also be refunded.

Please note that cut products such as fabrics and made-to-measure items cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. Also, customers should order the total amount of fabric required for any given project as there is no guarantee that more than one order will be cut from the same dye batch.

In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or reach the customer in an unsatisfactory condition, Sew Essential should be notified within seven days of receiving the goods and an arrangement will be made to have the item exchanged.
